“Real estate agents do so much more than list or sell houses—we‘re problem solvers and there is something very satisfying about helping people,” says Dorothy Levesque, a well-respected and successful agent on the North Shore for more than 32 years. Dottie, who describes herself as “Ipswich born and bred”, is not only well-known throughout the industry but also is enthusiastic about the business. “Regardless of whatever the ‘current’ market is, people always need to sell houses and they always need to buy. My job is to help them do that and to make the process as easy and pleasant as possible.”
The Ipswich resident is active in various community organizations including the Town and Country Garden Club, Past President of Ipswich Rotary, and Director Oak Hill, which serves people with disabilities. Dottie has also served as Warden of Precinct 2 for over 25 years and is a member of the Ipswich Bay Yacht Club.
