Enjoy panoramic breathtaking ocean views, be it sunrise, day or moonlit night, from the wrap-around upper deck and its four (4) upstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen was recently remodeled and designed with a gorgeous, fresh, ocean-like ambiance with a focus on ease and functionality including an eat-in island that can seat up to 6 people. Outfitted with expansive quartz counter-top areas and a one-of-a-kind enormous farmhouse sink with the convenience of an instahot, garbage disposal, and soap dispenser. Nearly all the cabinetry have pull out drawers and spacious storage cabinets. All stainless appliances include two stoves (one with a gas range), dishwasher, large fridge, toaster oven, toaster, soda stream, and other kitchen amenities.

Relish in the ocean views from Great Room and its enormous deck. The Great Room has a charming blend of historic character and comfort. It includes a grand scale, comfortable sectional sofa, an over-sized ottoman, two (2) recliners and flexible LCD, flat screen TV. Also adjoining is the dining area with a table that seats 10+ and a cozy Reading Nook. The deck is outfitted with lounge chairs and dining furniture for BBQ time.

The home also features a Family Den, furnished with high end-designer quality furniture, including the American Leather Comfort, queen sleeper sectional, a recliner chair, and large-mounted, 3D, LCD TV (3D movies and glasses on site). It is a perfect space to watch movies, play games and read books (all provided for convenience).

Parking capacity is for up to five (5) vehicles and a Tesla-installed charger is available in the 2-car garage. Six (6) courtesy beach badges are provided but are not guaranteed.
